Membership Cancellation Policy

The Central Park Barber Organization, does not impose contracts on its members, and members are free to cancel their membership at any time. 

​

1.    As our memberships are prepaid and are month to month. Memberships, in good standing, will automatically be renew at the end of the 30-day membership cycle.

 

    2.    The membership cycle begins the day the member joins and auto renews every 30 days.

 

    3.    Memberships do not automatically cancel due to inactivity. This means, even when you are not receiving haircuts, The Central Park Barber Organization’s Members will continued to be charged at a recurring basis. 

 

    4.    It is the responsibility of the member to address, with our headquarters, any billing discrepancies within 60 days after they first appear on financial statements. After 60 days, the member’s right to dispute any discrepancies is waived.

 

Member Initiated Cancellations

    •     Members are not subject to a full refund for any months that have been already in use nor prepaid for as the services may have already been rendered.

    •    Members who wish to cancel their membership, will be processed prior to their next draft, and the membership will remain active through what the member has paid. We do not prorate remaining monthly membership value.

    •    Members must have an active membership, through the end of any registered programs, to receive services at any of our participating locations.

 

Central Park Barber Organizations Initiated Cancellations

    •    The Central Park Barber Organization, may terminate services for the membership that is expected to automatically renew, for reasons such as member behavior, staff error, or another circumstance; refunds are issued back to the original payment method. In such circumstances, the member will remain solely responsible for canceling their membership following the steps as described above.
